Standing Wall Push: Place your body against / facing a wall slightly lunging behind one foot. Hold down the heel when moving your hands softly toward the wall to feel the stretch. Hang in for a few seconds. Use alternately, sometimes repeatedly, and to a certain number of times a day.

Tightening legs over a ball: Bend over a ball with one knee, straighten the knee by attempting to relax the muscle on the upper thigh. Make sure to bring your knee down on the ball. Hang in for a few seconds. Use alternately, sometimes repeatedly, and to a certain number of times a day.

You will remember that, according to the exercise plan or as instructed by your PT, the repetitions and duration of the exercises are gradually increased. Good luck!
